I like them both but, i also took a look at switching the middle names. Scarlett Renae, Delanie Amberlee.

Delanie Renee looks better.
Scarlett Amberlee is a bit much but cutting the name to just Amber doesn't really sound good. Maybe chose a different middle name? Scarlett is an old/traditional name so I would go with something along those lines.....like maybe Scarlett Rose?

Both choices are great - you have a good taste with names. You can come up with your final decision based on what the names mean - you can find names at http://www.babyhold.com/ Personally I am leaning toward Delanie Renae Johnson because it flows very easily and has a nice ring to it

Sorry but in my opinion, I don't like the name Scarlett... because of the word "scar(s)" on it, kinda like "scarred" or sounds like from an old cowboy movies...
When I was thinking what to name my baby, I asked my self this question, "will he be teased with this name?" ... but that's just me, am just sharing...
They say that names foretold the personality and future of a person... it's not just a coincident that happen...
