Don't cut out bread altogether; only white-flour products. Instead, eat whole grains and dark breads. Eat only one or two slices a day and watch everything else you eat. You'll do alright then.

Do not fall for that low carb stuff. Bread will add weight to you just like any other thing. They all contain calories. And if you eat more calories than you consume, you gain weight. That is all there is to it. It is proven. So the key is to cut down on things that add calories to your diet, and exercise to spend more calories. So cut down on extra stuff like soda, and cookies and junk like that. Eat smaller portions too. If you do this you will definitely lose weight and hence your tummy.

cutting out bread and salt temporarily can reduce bloat thus reducing the appearance of your stomach, but in the long run exercise and controlled portions are your best bet. Good Luck!

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.
