Just apply for a US passport with Birth Certificate etc.

Indians are considered 'owned' by their tribe. They will be asked to get the passport from the country that their tribe belongs to. If the tribe is in another country I believe the passport will be issued by that country. (I have a half indian brother and sister).
You should contact your tribal lawyer for more information. Most tribal lawyers work based on your income. Some work for free depending on the situation.
