its pus, which is essentially composed of fat. when pus accumulates, its visible under the skin; this is how a pimple is formed.

if you put regular oil out for a long time it will turn into this white icky stuff
when you sweat and produce oil it get into your porres and turns into the icky stuff
*and remember always pop a pimple with a q-tip*

Thiss might be a little gross but that icky-stuff you see:
puss.
From the stuff in your skin forms bacteria wich eventuall forms puss. don't sweat it though! just keep your face clean and dont use allot of makeup
