I live 2 hours away from the guy im seeing. He seems to be putting in the effort i would expect from a guy im seeing like driving here to see me, calling and meeting my firends. I am also moving about an hour closer to him at the end of the school year, so thats hope. My question is, how long can i test his patience? Is he going to get tired of this before i move home and ditch me? i really like him and i want to see where this might go.

go for the relationship... if hes really showing interest in you, meeting your friends and driving up to see you... it should be easier on him now that you'll be only an hour away instead of two ... maybe he'll visit even more often... as long as you keep a strong connection with him, keeping in touch, seeing each other often and whatnot, you guys should be fine

i do not consider 2 hours a major obstacle if you care for each other ---- in time you will need to move closer --- ie together ---- if he really cares for you then you are not testing his patience he will understand and look for ways to get you both closer ---- why not discuss it with him and find out what he would like from the relationship --- best wishes

who knows, all you can do is follow the path you are on and enjoy the time together, if he really digs you he will hang on to you,, personally, I like the weekend thing, then I can do what I want during the week without feeling guilty my girl wanted to do something
