okay, so i have braces and elastics that ive been wearing the past 8 months to fix my overbite. but recently ive been experincing chest pains and headaches when i wake up from sleeping. idont no what this means, but i have an idea that its because when i sleep i clench my teeth so much because of the elastics. anyone els have this probelm before? any suggestions

Your teeth are moving, so that is going to be uncomfortable, plus the restraint of the elastics are uncomfortable, those are the reasons for the headaches. You can take a mild pain pill for that. That is normal to have that happen.

Your chest pains could be stress from the headaches, or perhaps just having the braces and all the accessories is a bit overwhelming. Just remember that you are going to have the most beautiful teeth when this is all over, and it will be worth it.
