Instead of just coming out and telling her that you like her, try building a friendly relationship with her first. Say "hi," smile, ask her questions about herself (nothing to personal or creepy), and make positive comments when appropriate ("I like your new haircut!", etc). This will let her know you are open to getting to know her. Once you have established an aquaintance (which you may have already done), invite her to lunch or a casual afternoon event like a softball game, etc.

Once you have gotten this far (invited her out), she will probably understand that you like her. Give her time to find out if she feels the same way.

Just coming out and saying "I like you," or sending her flowers, or an e-mail, is just plain creepy and will probably scare her off if you aren't already acquainted in a friendly way.

Umm, you can try telling her that you like her directly, perhaps. Or you can go the way of the creepy weirdo and have someone else do it for you. Methinks you should just be direct and tell her yourself though. Unless you are a creepy weirdo, in which case I can't help you. Good luck with that.

Do not tell her at work, because if she doesn't feel the same can you imagine how awkward it will be. Just try and invite her somewhere causal, where you can weigh up whether she feels the same way. Just remember to respect her answer, be it good or bad.

HI! I like you! Joking aside, tell her how much you enjoy being near her, tell her things you like about her, you are always so kind, happy, ect. Do you want to do something saturday? I would like to get to know you better. If you say stuff like that, you can't go wrong!

Jeffrey just tell her. Tell her that you like her and what it is that you like about her. No sexual connotations though... Just that you would like to take her to lunch sometime or dinner even to a movie.

Straightforwardness is the key for behavior. Go and tell her, she won't mind, its an innocent thing.

Try this.........I like you....do you want to go out sometime?, simple and stupid, but what do you want in life, keep it simple, you dont have to drop a corny line on her, be nice, be direct, she will respect that.
