Trust your gut instinct... my ex cheated on me for over 6 months, I had a feeling, but he kept denying it, and I really wanted to believe him, so I convinced myself it wasn't true.. low and behold, it was.... If he's such a "flirt" then he obviously isn't commited to you the way you should be in a relationship.
I know this sounds really sh*tty, but have someone he doesn't know hit on him (make sure she's cute !) and keep flirting with him, and see what happens...if he moves on it, he's a scumbag, if he turns it down b/c he has a girlfriend.. rest assured.

First of all, don't come off so insecure, it will make him wanna do it more. Act like you're secure with him and your relationship. Hey, maybe even flirt a little yourself, so he knows how it feels. But don't keep going on like that, it's just for a little while that it is ok.
It's hard to CATCH ur bf cheating on you, but see if there is anything suspicious, phone calls, letters, etc. If you come across something, let him know, bring it up that way, don't ACCUSE him though. Because he may not be. by all means, just trust him until he is proven guilty.

Unless you hire a P.I. there really isn't a way besides setting him up. Are you really that paraniod? I guess if you are you can ask one of your more attractive friends that he doesn't know and have her try to "hook up" with him. Then you'll have your answer.
