An administrator will have to change your account status.

There is only one hope,Reboot in safe mode,then you will see the Administrator account which is created by default on setup.If you are lucky it wont be having a password.If you are able to get into it,then just go to user settings in control panel,and change your account type to admin.I hope it will help.

Ask your mom, nicely, to change your user account (in Settings > Control Panel) back to Admin and then "Change your password" so your brother can't repeat the prank.

You cant im afraid. Limited accounts means that the admin can ristrict things that you do. The admin has to set you to shared admin.

you can't without your mum allowing you that's the whole idea of it. only an administrator can change an account.
you will have to do some begging you to your mum
