There a many gays who have sired or given birth to children,
sometimes through artificial insemination, some in the tradition way.
Being sexual attracted to someone of your own gender has no bearing on one's ability to be a good parent and gays are no more likely to be pedophiles than straights are.
There are many existing children who would benefit from being adopted by a loving family.
Of course the process should be just as stringent as it is for anyone else, but anyone who qualifies should be able to adopt. Sexual orientation should be a non-issue.

Yes.
I think heterosexual males should not be allowed around children seeing as how any scholarly journal and research will tell you that the highest percentage of
rapists
pedophiles
child abusers
domestic abusers
serial killers
child molesters
and sex offenders
are heterosexual (usually) white males.
If god is anything like some of you people like to view him/her/it, then there is no such thing as Heaven, only a hell created by pitiful, hateful creatures.

Gays should be able to adopt children. There is nothing wrong with that and I don't think God cares if two men are raising a child. Give him some credit, man.

I do feel they have the right, in that there are so many people in heterosexual relationships who are NOT good parents. It doesn't matter what "sex" we are, or whom we choose to love... what matters is the love we give. A child thrives on love. He hasn't yet been influenced by the beliefs of what is "right and wrong" by others. All he knows is love. What is important is that he receive love and guidance. Sexual orientation has no baring on this whatsoever. And as for being "rude" to God. God loves each of us for "who" we are, not whom we choose to love. God IS love. He respects love and he knows our Hearts. If we aren't hurting anyone... (and being gay or lesbian certainly does not) then why would He be offended? God is Pure Love and Grace. God does not judge us. In the end, we judge ourselves. And by the way... there IS no "end"....

I am undecided and let me tell you why. As a Christian, I would have to say absolutely not. However, I know of a gay person (auntie) raising her three nieces and nephews because the hetrosexual mother is a whore and a crack addict. The court gave the gay person legal custody of these kids, and she is doing a lot better job than their own hetrosexual mother did. So I say let the court decide and let God sort it all out on Judgement Day. Jesus said to judge no one and he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Let's see....
child without a loving family
child with a loving family who happens to be gay.
I think if your god prefers the first one, he's not a very loving god at all.

doesnt god want us to love everyone? since when isn't a homosexual a person? if someone is a good person, why not let them raise a child? the kid will learn to love and probably be more accepting than most christians.

Now you are qualified to decide how God feels about things? How does he feel about judging your fellow man?
