There are a couple things you can do to make your Turkey Burgers juicy and fantastic. First, I highly recommend that your cook your burgers over the stove in a pan with a little bit of oil This is a recipe that I use all the time--You can switch out the seasonings for different creations. 1 1/4 pound lean ground turkey (I also recommend using the 93% lean turkey from Jenni O) 3 TBSP bread crumbs ( I use panko) 1 green onion, finely minced (any kind works) 1 large egg white 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg white, garlic salt and black pepper until incorporated. 2. Form the patties and cook about 4 Minutes on each side or until 165 degrees. I like to toss a piece of cheese on top as well. :)

I make turkey burgers all the time...love em!
I've not done the grill, I use my George Forman, but what I do with a pound of ground turkey is add an egg, and then all the other goodies, mushrooms, garlic, a little bit of good oil, some peppers or any other combos you may like. But try the egg and a little oil next time, it may help, and let me know.
Good luck and enjoy

The real trick to any burger is to ensure that you don't handle them too much. The more you handle the meat the more the proteins develop resulting in tough and dry meat.
Too, most people overcook poultry. Watch them carefully. I like to bake my turkey burgers too. Try adding a splash of milk to your turkey mixture which really should contain some great seasonings as turkey can be so bland.
Finally, don't buy the very leanest ground turkey available. 99% lean turkey will dry out since there is essentially fat-free.

If you're making the patties yourself (not ready made) try adding an egg and a dash of soy sauce to give it a little moisture. Turkey doesn't contain much fat which make sit kind of dry.

try not to use the leanest ground turkey. a little fat will keep your burgers moist. also make thinner patties so that it doesn't take so long to cook the middle. Try stacking 2 or 3 patties if you want a thick burger

add some fresh breadcrumbs to the meat before you make the patties... that should make them hold more moisture
spread mayonnaise on both sides of the hamburger rolls.... the mayonnaise creates a seal, so the bread won't suck up the juices.
