I've asked a question before, and I asked you if I was too thin, but my parents seem to have an issue with my diet... here it is, do you think it's ok? I do!
Breakfast: None, because I don't like eating in the morning
Lunch: An orange
Dinner: A salad
Drinks: Diet Coke

I've seen a dietician as to why I'm so thin and he said to make changes to my diet, but I don't really want to change it, as I think it's good, but he says it's the only way I'll be a healthy weight, and I don't eat a lot because I exercise lots and the dietician seems to have a problem wih that, because he thinks I exercise too much! Please help, I'm at my wits end here!

Thanks very much
xx

Yes you should listen to your dietician. You are eating way too little, and might cause harm to your body.

Sweetie,

You sound like you are struggling with an eating disorder!! of a doctor says you are too thin then you are too thin! What is your BMI? If it is less than 18 you are dangerously thin!!
I do not like eating early either so i drink an instant breakfast drink or a yogurt. then i eat a snack around ten, like an apple with peanut butter. If you do not eat proteins, your body will not remain healthy. You need carbs for energy to burn while exercising.

Are you kidding me? No, this is NOT a healthy diet. Breakfast is THE MOST IMPORTANT meal of your day. You should be eating a healthy breakfast and trim it down the rest of the day with mini meals/snacks. Dinner should NOT be your largest meal...though with you, apparently it's not.

If you cant listen to a professional dietician, how can what we say change ur mindset? He/she gave you and the answer to ur problem and u refuse everything.

you don't eat nearly enough, maybe add a jacket potato or omelet to your salad, and a sandwich for lunch, n that diet your not getting any calcium, or enough iron, fiber etc. I'm sorry but i think you have an eating disorder.

that would be considered anorexic.

if you want to be thin, then I would suggest EATING BREAKFAST!!!

studies show that if you eat breakfast, you weigh less.
