Just buy some books from Photoshop an introduction to the secrets of Photoshop (Beginner level to Professional)..
Or simply visit some online tutorials with different levels, and start from the beginner to the end..

Their programs are excellent to learn. However before you place any order you have to be very careful. Because these people are very smart pulling out money from your bank account. Bargaining also works while buying. Because I got three different program CDs (access, photoshop, and frontpage) but paid for only one CD. i.e. got 2 more programs for free.
