I'm 16, decent-looking, nice, and smart, but I don't have a boyfriend.
I have plenty of guy-friends, but none of them have shown any interest in starting an actual relationship..
the only guys that seem to like my appearance always turn out to be creeps or too old for me.

Well...you are only 16. Give it some time. I know you don't want to hear that...but it's true.
You might want to dump the guy friends. Guys don't like girls with lots of guy friends because they think that she might be a)sleeping with one or more of them or b)might like them more then him.
And your appearance is fine, your cute. You are a bit consivertive in theas pics though...so that is why you attract older guys. Dress more like the young woman you are(buy clothes at the Gap and not Sears).

To be honest with you, there is nothing you need to do to improve your physical features. I saw your pics and you are smashing!
You are gorgeous, attractive, beautiful and look really smart. Lovely eyes, beautiful lips and lovely hairs. Probably guys are scared about your smartness. Don’t worry, darling, you are still young and there are miles and miles in front of you to go. Give it a little time and an equal smart guys will queue for your heart and mind.

open-mindedness maybe? Why do you think that the guys who like you are creeps? and if you have an interest in certain ages, it could take longer to find someone.
at any rate you are very young still, maybe too young for a boyfriend. experience the friendships. work on them and don't rush things.

Nothing, just be patient, and the right guy will turn up when you least expect it.
Go out, have fun, don't worry about it, and poof! He'll be there.

u fersure dont look 16 try some makeup but not very much and you have REALLY BIG bags under your eyes have you not slept for awhile
