False.
How many people do you suppose called out to God for help and didn't get anything of the sort? I'm pretty sure at least some of the folks aboard the doomed planes of 9/11 prayed for help at some point. Did they get help? Let's see...nope. They're not around anymore, and the compensation money that the families were supposed to get is still tied up in red tape.
One example among many. The only tales one ever hears about in the church are the tales where something seemed to happen as a result of prayer. You never hear about the "non-responses".

This is True, God has NEVER FORSAKEN ANYBODY CALLING OUT TO HIM. People's prayers are probably not getting answered because they have NO FAITH. He is always looking for somone to believe in Him!

"God" is a title, not a name.
Example: The God of this world is Satan.
Well recognized as such since Adam sinned and Satan became owner of the earth.
Lord is another title. Usually refers to a land Owner. Also one of the Kingly gifts a to important people in Great Britain.
So calling out to "God", Who do you want? Yes, God has a name.See below.

Try this:
Sit in an electric chair with your bare feet in a pot of water. Strap yourself and connect the electrodes.
Now, just before you flip the the switch, call out to God!
If He forsakes you, you can now ask Him the Question,. first hand!
Cheers!
