I am married to a man 4 years younger than myself. Interestingly enough my paternal grandparents were 4 years apart with my grandfather being the younger. So you see the idea isn't new. My husband waited to marry . He told me he was waiting for the right quality of woman. While his siblings married young ; he had the opportunity to witness their struggles. We have been married for 14 years and are as happy today {or more so } than when we first married. We have one child together. He also helped me raise my first child from my first marriage who is now a sucessful, independent adult. A stable future without drama is what you want. The drama is fun when your young , but it gets expensive, the older you get.
