how to stop masterbating, i want to stop. And i dotn want no stupid answers or that masterbation is part of nature. Also in silam is materbation right. I really really want to stop.

oh...if you really must stop then wear tight underwear so you can't get at it easily...but why would you want to stop something that is so harmless and pleasurable?

Take it a day at a time. CONTROL YOUR THOUGHT'S FOCUS. Focus on how good you'll feel when you have the purity you want. When you feel lust, that's only inertia from your past action. Reaffirm your thoughts on your purity and leave all vicinities that open an option to that which you don't want. If it's on the computer, leave the house and go somewhere public, preferably with friends and people who will in turn take your mind completely off the subject entirely. If it's a person who drives you to want to do it, stay away from them, if you can't. Do your best to think about something besides them while in their presence. Keep a positive thought and continue to repeat it to yourself. Like "Happiness" or "Freedom". Don't think purity because it will only remind of your impure thoughts. The purity is a side effect the the freedom and happiness you experience from being free from the addiction. So in retrospect:
TAKE IT MOMENT BY MOMENT, MINUTE BY MINUTE
if you think about it all at once, it will overwhelm you, but if you fight it second by second, then there's no way it can ever beat you.
FOCUS ON SOMETHING ELSE
Focus on the freedom and happiness you'll get from being free from this addiction. Notice how good you feel emotionally when you're pure and good. You're a new person every moment, the past is just what you USED to be.
LEAVE THE AREA OF TEMPTATION
if not literally then simply mentally. Leave a computer that beckons you to bad sites. Leave the prescence of an individual who wants to lead you down a path you don't feel you want. Concentrate on what you want for yourself, and forget the drives. Soon, the time you spend focusing on the goodness and freedom will become the new inertia, and the bad past will fall away, you will forget it. It will be long gone. And it will be Awesome. Definitely Go out with your friends and other people. Human interaction will keep you away from Antisocial and deceptive behaviors.
These will help when you REMEMBER these 3 simple things and follow them EVERY TIME you're tempted, WITHOUT FAIL, with persistence and time, your addictions will be a thing of the past.

My question to you is WHY would you WANT to stop masterbating??? Seriously they is no good reason to stop! Masterbation is fun, healthy, & 100% harmless. And, besides practice makes perfect. Who do you think will have the skill to satisfy a woman a guy who has done marathon masterbation for 10yrs or the guy who is a virgin even to his own hands!?
As long as you are masterbating in private and not in the neighborhood's playground, no problems...

wait, are you a muslim? well, in order for you to stop masturbating, you have to have a real sex partenr then.. because you need to let go of all your fluid inside or else it will pile up and that isn't really healthy by the way..
