I am going to Icmeler in Turkey on the 19th of April and don't know what clothes to take. Has anyone been then? What is the weather like?

The temperature should be around 14 to 16 deg. C ( 57 to 61 deg. F) so it'll still be slightly cool, especially with the sea breeze. So bring some sweaters and windbreakers (light jackets).
It seldom rains but can be cloudy (alternate periods of sun and clouds). Bring some sunblocks anyway!

Icmeler is Lovely, with lots of nice beaches and great watersports, but in Comparison to Marmaris , which is a short taxe ride away, its very quiet(sp)
Marmaris has more Clubs/nightlife etc.
It will be Warm, i Went there on the months of October/November a few years back, and it was the last 2 weeks of Holiday season, and even then it was still really hot.
Some light trousers would also be an advantage if you are going to do a Jeep SAfari, as in the mountains it gets a wee bit nippy.
I do advise for you to visit a place called Jesus bay(that might not be correct name though) its a stretch of water with a path of sand just below the surface, which from some one standing on the shores eyes , it will look like you are Walking on Water,
you have to go up on the hills around the lake to notice the sand path.

Icmeler is in Marmaris, so I know how the weather is.It is sweert, but in the evening fresh.So, take a jacket with you

Air and sea temperatures both average 17c for April. Probably low teens as a minimum and low-mid twenties as a maximum.
