I add seasoning salt, garlic powder and black pepper to the burger. Then I slice onions and carmelize them a bit in the pan with the burgers. Finally I top them with mayo, ketchup and mustard.

I like to add grated onion, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, herbs de provence (on the spice aisle - a great mixture of herbs that's good on anything from eggs, potatoes to any kind of meat or fish), salt and pepper. Try topping them with warmed canadian bacon and swiss cheese! Because turkey meat isn't fatty, it can be dry. The grated onion adds moisture. Or try a minced shallot in place of the onion and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon milk per pound of meat to make the meat juicy.

Cheese and mayonnaise [sometimes I put hot sauce or Dijon mustard or ketchup in the mayo] and red onion.
