Normal is relative, because those tooth eruption charts you see are based on what happens "in most cases." This, of course, suggests that sometimes other things happen.

Your baby should have all 20 primary teeth sometime around 3 years old. Until then, have fun watching them come in!

In the meantime, use a soft damp cloth to wipe them clean.

that happened to my youngest!!!! he is 15 now and has had absolutely beautiful teeth, when he was little strangers would comment on his gorgeous teeth. Don't worry.

the front teeth will show up soon its okay!!!
well for now if all his teeth grow in but his fron two then take him to the doctor!!!

It's not typical, but I wouldn't be too concerned. Every baby is different, after all.
