I don't know if he likes me, but he told me that he miss me, and signed off with "hugs & kisses", is this just being nice or a way talking to "CLOSE friends"? Could these expression / way of writing mean that he likes me, but only shy to tell me directly?
For me, I do like him and really cares for him. Honestly, I would NOT move further unless I am certain of his feeling / thinking towards me. Yep, I am kind of stubborn, still think is not quite right for girls to take the lead in a relationship. Am very confused and lost!!! Please, Help!!!!!

It seems like he has made a move in the right direction. He may need a little encouragement that you are a little interested. Sometimes girls have to make a small move to let the guy know they like him a little or that they could be interested. If you have that feeling that he is interested, that may be a good sign. Give out little hints in case it doesn't work out. You will know later by his moves if he really likes you. Don't make any big hasty decisions later without making sure what you should do.

it means a kiss... thats the sound you make when u kiss (supposedly) and i think it might just be politeness? or if it is anything more, wait for a bit longer. i agree with u, i also think guys should take the lead or if they are shy it should be even...
btw, i say mwahhh all the time in IMs like MSN to girls and boys... (i am straight lol)

dont be too confused my dear,,,yep mwaaaaahhhh,, means kiss,,,and the guys above me are all right,,,,just wait for some time and ull know it if he likes u or not,,,remember that if it just happens here online dont just trust anyone,,,its too easy to say some romantic words just to fool around and have fun,,,, especially when a certain person like the way you look,,,its too easy for them to fool girls,,,,but then im not saying that his not serious,,,,all i can say is be observant at all times,,,dont let him see that ur already falling for him....let the time control everything and dont do something to let anybody fool u.......God Bless

It could mean either, it depends on him. Hugs and kisses, and Muahhhhhhhhhh, are used a lot in Im'ing. Even girls to girls use it.
