what would you recommend for abs..i up for anything?????????

For you to see your abs, you body fat composition needs to be under 10%, maybe lower.
In addition, for most people, fat around your waist/trunk is the hardest to lose.

Your abmuscles may be at their peak conditioning but the results aren't there because of the fat on top of them... Get some cardio in to kick em out and then those abs of yours should be perfect...

I think "seeing as many results" is the key phrase. Try changing your diet. There are lots of good diets on the Internet. You can try Men's Health or Epicurious, etc.for more info.

it strongly depend on the amount of fat in the ab. area. you need to get rid of the fat at the first level. Then go for few repeats and heavy weights.

Try getting a personal trainer. Change out your routine. Sometimes it is just in your genes and certain people have different body types. It may get expensive.
