This question is meant for my wife who is growing fat speedily, please how can she reduce her weight within 3month

The best way to lose weight safely is to carefully monitor your diet and get the proper exercise for your body. Don't worry so much about your daily caloric intake. Instead, try to eat small, frequent meals throughout the day that are low in fat and nutrient dense. This steady fueling of your body will ensure that your glucose levels are maintained and no large dips in blood sugar will occur. Read into the GI diet and try to follow these guidelines as well, it is an excellent concept. Keeping your body guessing and changing it up will always give your body a challenge. It will also keep you from getting bored or unmotivated. Try to have a partner who can keep you motivated and dedicated to your regimen.
A few good supplements that you may want to consider may be a good multivitamin, fish or flax oil, and a protein shake if the protein in your diet is insufficient.

Your wife might not be eating enough calories and so her body could think it is starving, thus causing her to gain weight. She should use a formula to determine her basic calorie needs and then subtract about 500 per day to lose about one pound per week. Losing much more weight than that quickly is very bad for your body. I'm sure your family doctor could be of help in finding an appropriate diet for her.
