You are consuming way over the normal amount of water, that is advised for a one day period. The normal consumption is between 8-10(8oz) glasses. You are consuming the equivalent to 16 (8oz) glasses a day.Almost twice as to what is needed. Although water is necessary for our body's to survive, too much of a healthy substance can be harmful. Cut your water intake in half. As for your coffee consumption you are FAR exceeding a healthy amount. I will give you some statistics on coffee, but first you need to realize that coffee(caffeine) is a natural diuretic. Here are some Examples for a 7 oz. cup of coffee: Brewed,80-135mg of caffeine, Drip,115-175mg, and Instant,65-100mg of caffeine. Based on using an average #, 100mg per cup, you are consuming approximately 12 to 16 cups of coffee a day. I think you should limit your coffee intake(caffeine)to a much lower number. Try to decrease everyday, as caffeine has high addiction factor, and you will have withdrawal symptoms. You should see a significant drop in your urination when lowering consumption of water, and caffeine. Moderation is the key! If you feel that you have symptom's associated with diabetes:Weight loss, excessive hunger, thirst, frequent urination, leg pain when walking, fatigue, dizziness and itching, then consult your Dr. for a simple blood test to determine a proper diagnosis concerning diabetes.Remember, moderation is detrimental, and applicable to most things in life!

RE:
I consume alot of caffeine and drink alot of water?
I mean probably around 1200-1600 mg of caffeine a day and over a gallon of water is the norm. Does this explain why I have to urinate so frequently or could I possibly have a condition?

Caffeine is a diuretic, and if you're drinking a lot of water you WILL urinate frequently with an intake of so much caffeine. You'd urinate a lot even without the caffeine, drinking a gallon of water a day.
Symptoms of diabetes include increased thirst, increased urination, weight loss in spite of increased appetite, fatigue, nausea and vomiting. If you don't have increased thirst along with your increased urination, and no other symptoms, you probably don't have to worry about diabetes.

Your frequent urination is likely a result of your large intake of water. But you really ought to cut your caffeine intake back; caffeine is a powerful stimulant, and not good for you, overall.

This would explain it. You may want to cut back on the caffine though, it's really bad for you. Raw caffine looks like paper pulp. You know? When you put water and paper in a blender??

Caffiene is what they call a diuretic which means it makes you wee more (more technically - it drains water from your system). I have tried to replace coffee with tea as I tend to wee less when drinking it.

A gallon of water has to go somewhere, at least you are not retaining excess fluid. I think you are healthy enough not to worry.
