How to tripple boot?

I am a success story of the X86 project (installed on external drive) and took on installing ubuntu on my old hdd (also external) and loaded. I cant boot from my bios so I use grub (for currently booting with windows and mac) I cant seem to find the right code for grub to boot with Ubuntu Linux. Can any one tell me the correct code to boot the kernel or how to boot from my bios? Thanks
