Recently I have been feeling sad but I don't no why it is! I think it might be because I have been worrying about my health recently, I also feel like there is something unfofilled in my life like I have space where something is missing and aswell as this I feel a bit small compaired to the massive universe. Am i depressed?? Any thing you know which can help?? Thanks

Sometimes we reach a point in our lives where we feel unaccomplished and miserable. EVERYONE feels this way. But don't worry! What alot of people don't realize is how precious and beautiful life is. Life, being so fleeting and short, inherently becomes a diamond in the rough, the one gift you were blessed with out of all the darkness in the universe. Think about it, out of all the things that you could have manifested as in this universe, you were blessed with life! The ability to feel, the ability to think, the ability to shape your world! Don't worry about the ultimate truth, the TRUE truth comes from within you, nothing else. There's nothing out there but space, but inside you, there's a beating heart!

The world is a big place full of wonderful things. It however can be quite daunting at times as well. people try tell you how too live and weather you believe them or not their expectation do rub off ON you. Thinking that something is missing in your life well then sit down and try to find out what that might be. Do a little soul searching but be honest with your self when you do. Try not to fall into fantasizing about what would be cool. remember life IS what YOU make of it. Your job is here to support your life not the other way around. YOU can do anything you want you just have to break the shackles of wants and self expectations. You know...Your expected to get a job have a family buy a house settle down so on and so on. If this cycle isn't right for you REMEMBER you don't have to do it. Ask yourself this...When i was a kid what did i do on my day off? If you can find that kid again all your answers will fall into place.

You seem to have a very philosophical mind. My suggestion to you would be to go to the library and start reading books in the philosophies. It sounds like you have come to a point where you have questions about life in general, and Socrates and Plato and other great minds can help you with that. Perhaps ask a librarian to recommend some titles for you to begin with, then greadually work you way through. You will be amazed at what you'll find. My second suggestion is to get a disc with soothing sounds and/or music and take 10 minutes each day to sit with your eyes closed, breathe, and allow all the thoughts to pass through your mind, and send them on their way. You just need a little bit of help getting back in balance with the question side and answer side of our brains. You will be fine, good luck to you, you're not depressed. You're just smart!

i think of we do no longer truly ought to renowned each thing this is truly happening to the different individual we knew, while there are cases that would probable make us the two uncomfortable to tell issues now and then, we dont truly do everytime. yet as we grow to be nearer to one so certainly. we truly have one among those sensitivity we experience while there is fairly something going incorrect with our chum or a family contributors member no remember if some distance or on the factor people..i think of this organic psychic ability in our human nature like of that intuitions or telephatic flow of a few energies certainly created that we do no longer truly recognize what that's. once you in ordinary terms have not have been given any theory in any respect. by way of fact of this it turns into all so unusual to us despite we would detect devoid of even listening to the actual subject of the different individual in touch. you may already conciously or perhaps unconsciously experience that express bond or connection in some or maximum of techniques. it is not a loopy feeling if to no longer over react on it. although that's in simple terms your experience of arising expertise approximately what became transmitted by utilising a definite subject that made you felt something's in the back of the innovations and emotions of the actual individual touching directly to you or perchance no longer even actual close.

If you no longer find joy in doing the fun things in your life, you may be depressed. depression is just not feeling sad it is a general state of apathy. you know you should go shower, yet why? you know you need to walk, yet why? you know it would be fun to go to the movies with your friends, yet why? Try not to think about how small you are in the universe and figure out how you can make your slice of the world better. The missing space may need to be filled with God.
