Anyone have a name of a diving school that teaches underwater welding?

I have two young friends who are talking about going to school for this. They already have the basics of welding down. Learned at a Job Corps center. Every place seems so expensive and these guys have nothing. I'd love to find them some scholarships rather then them trying to use student loans (which I think is an awful idea!) They can travel. Thanks!
