It depends on why you guys broke up to begin with. But the best thing to do is follow your heart, and if you still like him just tell him how you feel. At least when you are honest to yourself then you have no regrets so just trust whats in your heart and let it lead the way

that's a tough one sweetie... why didn't you keep contact? was it a bad break-up? well, anyway, i think that now, the only way to reach him is through friends. find out his number, i bet you two share a couple mutual friends or acqaintances. so, once you do that, act friendly and polite, you don't want to scare him with an immediate "i want you back". so, when you're a bit closer and feeling more comfortable around each other, you can make him understand that you want to get back together. unless he has a new girlfriend... that would not be good for you. hope he doesn't!

Let's start with this..... does he have a new girlfriend? Does he still like you? If he does, then let him know that you still like him but it seems the only way that you're going to do that is to go to his school considering the fact that you don't have his number or email address.

The best thing to do would be to tell him exactly how you feel. When you do tell him how you feel try not to sound needy or desperate. If he doesn't feel the same way then show him what he is missing out on. Good Luck!!!
