I have a slight hunch and i'd really want to lose it. However i always tend to forget and continue hunching. I am trying to stand or sit up straight as much as i can but i find it tiring to do so. Any ways to get rid of this hunch?

Sleep on your back, and try your best to rest against the back of your chair. If you feel the need to hunch over, scoot as close to the table/desk whatever as possible. Tell your friends to remind you to stop hunching over. Sleeping on your back is probably the best way, though. You'll be getting many hours of having your back straightened out, which really helps.
If nothing else works, you may want to get a back brace. =(

depending on your age and how long you been hunched over you need to build your back and sholder muscles to pull your shoulders back and have nice straight posture

tape a ruler to your back. top and bottom this will help remind you not to slouch.
