Not sure what your question is, but if you don't pay them, they can result in your account being sent to collections, and ruin your credit, regardless of how much time passes. And if you haven't submitted them to insurance, there's usually a deadline after which the insurance won't pay.

And if you're asking me to pay them for you, I'm sorry but I'm already broke as it is.
