IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME USING HAIR COLOR DON'T WORRY! I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU
-SHAMPOO YOUR HAIR WITH A CLARIFYING SHAMPOO
- THEN SHAMPOO A SECOND TIME WITH A MOISTURIZING SHAMPOO
- THEN USE A MOISTURIZING CONDITIONER,APPLY TO THE HAIR AND COMBE THE HAIR FROM THE ENDS TO THE ROOT TO AVOID TANGLES. YOU WILL SHED A LOT OF HAIR DON'T WORRY YOU WILL NEED TO BECAUSE THE HAIR IS DAMAGED. GET A PLASTIC CAP SIT UNDER A HOODED DRYER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO ALLOW THE CONDITIONER TO PENETRATE THE HAIR SHAFT.
-RINSE THE HAIR THOROUGHLY. GET A LEAVE IN CONDITIONING TREATMENT AS WELL APPLY TO THE HAIR TO HELP WITH TANGLING AND STYLE AS NORMAL. YOU SHOULD BE FINE! IF PROBLEM PERSISTS SEEK A PROFESSIONAL IN YOUR AREA!

You may have to start fresh by getting a hair cut that you don't want...not much else a doctor could do i would think..i remember i had hair extensions done...it looked good but when i had them taken out most of my real hair went with it. I had bald spots..i was so disgusted and all i could do was wait for it to grow back...within a couple of months it started thickening up....go to a salon...that is your best bet

well
1 stay calm
2 go to a salon and see what they can do
3 if that doesn't work try that shampoo that is suppose to get rid of a lot of damage in a couple of weeks.
4. meanwhile try hair products that are suppose to "pump up your hair"
5. NEVER dye your hair on your own!
