You could keep her claws trimmed or buy "Soft Paws" or "Soft Claws"...I can't remember the name right off hand.
They are caps that you put over your cats nails.
NEVER for any reason use a squirt bottle on a cat...according to my Vet that is the worst thing to use to try to train a cat.
If the cat gets sprayed in the face it can cause an over growth of yeast in the cats eyes, ears or nose and that's going to require a trip to the Vet.
Also overtime the cat will not associate the spray bottle with the bad behavior he'll associate it with you causing you even more behavior problems.
When the cat starts to scratch clap your hands and say "NO" very loudly and firmly or get a can and put pennies it...shake that instead of clapping your hands.

Meaning no disrespect, it appears that perhaps you are in need of training rather than the cat.
I have found that, with my feline, she will let you know when she wants attention.
Scratching you obviously is an indicator that you are forcing your sentiments, affections, and emotions upon your cat when it does not desire to be touched.
I know it sucks to be rejected by your kitty, but in our world of instant gratification your kitty is not an inanimate object subject to your whims.
A cat is a cat, sounds like you would be better off with a slavering, slobbering, dog that will assuredly display affection.
Your cat displays affection but apparently not according to your will.
Lastly, a scratch means "No." No means no.

Time to get tough. When she bites you, you have two options, you can hiss or say a firm no at her and pin her down gently with one or two fingers on the head with your palm on her eyes or you can send her to kitty time out.
Does she scratch you when playing? You need to learn the signs that she's getting close to having a go at you and pop her in time out. If you're not quick enough, stop playing immediately and walk away.
Time out is either a room with food water and litter in it or you can use a crate with food litter and water in it.
Here is a list of books I can recommend, the ones by Pam Johnson-Bennett are the best IMO. Think like a kitty is on how to raise a well adjusted cat. Twisted whiskers and Psycho kitty are for solving behavioural problems in cats.

Some bach flower essence rescue remedy from the health food store might be useful, you can put a few drops in her drinking water and comfortzone feliway might help too, it contains soothing and calming pheremones.
Is she neutered? Often this will calm them down, cats get PMS just like human females.
Try to understand why she is doing it and this will help you with the solution.
