I ve just found out my company is going to send me back to shanghai and?

However, it's around the same time as my brothers stag do, which I arranged the date of, so they clash, do u think I should turn my company down?, as I've already been to shanghai lots of times. or should i change the date of the stag due.

we picked the date for the stag due because it was just after everyone has been paid and if I pick a week later some of my friends will have spent most of their money.

Consider your priorities, what is more important to you all, if a compromise is not possible then decide where you need to be. i would have thought that friends could have saved a little towards the stag do if they know its coming, it seems to me a little ridiculous if they cannot save some money, Equally if you turn your company down are you risking losing future offers or will your bosses attitude towards you change. Will your brother be able to easily change his arrangements and have you discussed it with him, after all it is his stag night. will money be lost deposits etc if you change. try discussing this with those invloved. starting with work and your brother.

Either see if your company can delay your trip to Shanghai by a couple of days or, if they can't, turn it down altogether. Your brother's stag-do is once in a lifetime but, as you said, you've already been to Shanghai and there will probably be more opportunities in the future.
