Some people dont care about what you nor Anybody thinks about them!
or because he's from the Lower-class of society
or because he's not even aware that he's doing it! or
Because he's Unaware that people are Aware that he's scratchin himself! or sometimes he's NOT scratchin..he's adjusting his boxers!(his bawlzac is hanging out thru the boxers,which is EXTREMELY uncomfortable!he HAS to adjust his s hit!)
oh yeah, sometimes (especially in the summertime)
the hakky-sac REALLY DOES ACTUALLY sTiCk to the thigh!) no B.S.!!!!
it's either ALL those reasons or ONE of those reasons

Because men believe just because it swings and the balls stick to the leg that it justifies them moving stuff and stratching them. However they should try to be more discret about it..nothing like eating lunch and seeing some passer-by playing with the australian twins to make me lose my appetite.

It's not so much that men are scratching, but adjusting the position. It can be very uncomfortable to have the seam of one's trousers dividing one's scrotum, you know.

I don't think its so much a matter of them thinking its right,
as them doing it unconsciously. Most are rather embarrassed when you point this activity out to them.
