Do you want the serious answer or the not so serious one first? ^.^
1) This is apparently all the rage in japan. Put some water in several pop bottles and tie about 15 to your back. Then have someone use a bike pump to fill 'em up with air. Somehow fit a parachute among the bottles. When the bottles get full enough with air you'll take off like the space shuttle.
Believe it or not, but Mythbusters tested this out and it works. Scary!
2) Fill a hundred balloons with helium, sit in a chair and bring a camera. Bring rifle. When you want to land, use rifle and shoot one balloon at a time until you hit earth.(Again, this actually happened. Guy was arrested for violating air space!)
3)Pretend to be a crane by sitting in a nest and taking notes. When chicks are fledging, Load self into a cannon wearing a bird suit. When cannon is fired off, flap wings real hard. It takes practice, but you'll learn! PS - wear lots of padding.

you could go to "the school" and get genetically enhanced, but Max says its not really a good idea....... maybe until then you would enjoy reading about kids that CAN fly. James Patterson has written a series about Maximum Ride and her flock.

It's very easy and comes naturally, just don't fly too close to the sun!

1. Go to the top of your roof
2. Flap your arms
3. Jump off the building
4. Keep flapping your arms
5. Keep practicing. You might fall flat on your face the first several times but if you continue, you'll get the hang of it.

Go to a flight school, train then pass the knowledge test and the practical test and you'll get a pilot's license.

You can't. Even if you had wings, your breastbone isn't strong enough. Buy a plane ticket.
