Yes absolutely. Even the Bible says our salvation is from Christ and John 21:25 says that the Bible can not even contain all that He did. John 3:16 says the Father sent the Son because He loves us. 1 Timothy 3:15 says the Church, founded by Christ is the pillar and foundation of truth. The Church is considered the Body of Christ. If the Bible were more important, it would make sense that it , not God, would have started the ministry of Christ

I knew a pastor at one time that I will say actually worshiped the Bible more than He did Jesus- The Bible is the Word of God - but the purpose of the Bible is to lead people to Jesus- the word made flesh- The Word of God was written so that we can worship Christ- not the written word- Jesus even told the Pharisees that they knew the written word and missed Jesus. I would not call it second place though- that makes it sound unimportant- Without the written word- we would not know Jesus. But never worship the written word over the Living Word.

They are one in same. They both are powerful. One does not work without the other.Alone they are dormant.Together they are the very force that creates all of life.
When something in written down it is a law.
During Jesus 40 day fast...his weapon was the law..he said it is written. He merely pointed out the law that governed the temptation.
If you were to put something in front of your mouth you would find every time you speak a little bit of breath is released from your body. When the words are spoken the law that governs the very thing you desire whether it be for life or death no longer lay dormant as on a piece of paper. Those words are spoken with the power of all the laws that govern creation. They become alive.
One is not above the other..they work in unison..the word becoming flesh is exactly what G-d created in the first Adam.
A man with dominion created in his very own image..a man with the power and the ability to create with the words of his mouth....the same ability and power that G-d breathed into the nostrils of man when he called him Adam...man with dominion.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

True Christian theology and Jesus, are the same. What is different is man's think so's regarding what Jesus 'said so', that causes the divisions. (Jesus's 'said so' mean different things than man's superficial quotes of him, 2 Tim. 2:15, Matt. 18:16, 2 Cor. 13:1, 2 Tim. 3:16-17).

God's Word never changes, be it oral or written. Jesus said that the greatest commandment was love. If you practice that everything else will follow.
Jesus walked the talk.

You are absolutely right. The Bible is the word of God in the words of men. Jesus is the word of God himself.

Yes
Simply because I have seen Church's stamp out the Holy Spirit because they did not want to take away from GOD's word. Is that backwards or what?
The word is scholasticism.
