OK. I love your question; for me, and maybe for your girlfriend also, a kiss is not a simple thing to do... it involves a lot of sentiments and you have to feel secure enough to be ready to show them...I think you have to be patient, she´s trying to feel secure in your arms, so don´t push her...then she´ll get scare; when she´s ready, you´ll be the happiest men alive, you´ll see...!!!!

A kiss is not a commitment, and obviously she sees it that way, so she fears you two will be in a relationship and she's a bit scared. Maybe....
By the way, how old are you two??!! If it's the first time, it means she doesn't like you. You're some kind of reserve in case she didn't like anyone else. I don't mean to make a problem between you and ur girl, but that's what i think... give it some time, if she still doesn't want to, Find a new girl, who'll like you.

How long have you been dating? 1 day, 1 week, 1 month? What is her background? Very religous? Think about it...do you spend a lot of time together. Does she really like you? If the answer is yes and you really like her....let things happens slowly with time, don't pressure her. If she is worth the wait...then wait!
