Just about any vegetable is great on a grill!
clean all your veggies, brush with oil, sprinkle lightly with s & p or any grilling flavoring if you want, than bbq for about 15 to 20 minutes.
You can soak some bamboo skewers in water for about 30 minutes (so they don't catch fire) and thread some vegies on them to make a really cool presentation. Cherry tomatoes, zuchinni, onions, peppers and mushrooms are fantastic.
Any kind of squash, slightly softened sweet potatoes (cut small) work well, too. You can find corn on the cob in the freezer section of most grocery stores. Defrost in the refrigerator for a day, wet then wrap in foil. When it is through steaming, you can give it a quick spin on the grill to leave pretty grill marks. This takes a long time, though, so it's not good for a quick demonstration.
Be sure to cut all your veggies the same size.
Remember, Color makes a great presentation!

Most vegetable sare cooked on the BBQ.
For root vegetables I preferr to partially cook in the microwave and only wipe with oil before finishing on BBQ.

Eggplant and zucchini are great and can be stuffed with mince etc to enhance the taste.

Corn on the cob is super easy. Spray the shucks with spray butter and throw on the grill for 15 minutes. Keep turning so the shucks don't start on fire. Best corn you will ever have!

corn - put corn in boiling water for about 20 minutes....throw some salt and pepper in there. 15 minutes into corn being done throw some chilly pepper spice on there. this makes the corn some what spicy.

broccoli - cook some broccoli for about 10-25 minutes...melt some cheese and when broccoli is done throw some cheese and salt and pepper

stewed tomatos- cook for 5 minutes in micro wave when done throw some pepper on there and it will be done

asparagus is really easy - just spray or toss with olive oil and a little salt and pepper. zucchini is great too, same method. one of my favorites is take a whole onion, cut an 'x' into the top almost to the bottom so it allows you to stick pats of butter in it, sprinkle it with tony's or your favorite seasoning, wrap it in tin foil and let it cook until it's soft.

eggplant sliced long ways and brushed with olive oil, very good and decorative. remember to let the grill marks show on the eggplant. Also you could slice up some zucchini and squach and do them the same way.
