Wow... a difficult question... to the best of MY knowledge and research, there is NOT a ship in the US Navy on active-duty with a hull-number of "25".

Here is a list of Post-WWII ships that had hull-number of 25 (newer to older):

USS Bainbridge (DLGN-25/CGN-25) was a guided missile cruiser... decommissoned in 1996

USS Copeland (FFG-25) commissioned in 1982, struck and transferred to Egypt in 1996

USS Haleakala (AE-25) a Nitro Class ammunition ship built in 1957 and decommissioned in 1995

The USS Potomac (AG-25) was Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s presidential yacht from 1936 to 1945... she is now a museum ship in Oakland, California.

The USS Frontier (AD-25) was one of four Klondike Class destroyer tenders built at the tail end of World War II for the it was decommissioned in 1968.

USS Circe (AKA-25) was an Artemis class attack cargo ship decommissioned in 1946

USS Arthur Middleton (AP-55/APA-25) was a transport in the United States Navy during World War II it was decommissioned in 1946.

The first USS Salt Lake City (CL/CA-25) of the United States Navy was a Pensacola-class heavy cruiser sometimes known as "Swayback Maru"... she was sunk as a target in 1948.

There are many.

USS Cowpens CVL-25

USS New Hampshire BB-25

USS Salt Lake City CA-25

USS Terry DD-25

USS E-3 SS-25

USS Bainbridge CGN-25

USS Arlington LPD-25

USS Algorab AK-25

USS Crystal PY-25

I am sure that there are other, but some ships don't get names beyond the hull number.

The question is much too vauge to have a definate answer from someone who doesn't know exactly what you are looking for.
