I will leave from mclean, VA , i know there is a station close in falls church, please give me right directions

I'd take the DuPont Circle station, walk across P or Q street to 17th Street then down 17th to Mass Ave. It is a little longer than taking McPherson Square but there are a lot of shops and coffee houses and bars along the way so it is an interesting walk, plus at night it is not as quiet or creepy as the closed-down business district.

There is no station near the Australian Embassy. You can go to McPherson Square and walk up (north) on 15th street to Mass. Ave. Go to Metros website to plan your trip and maybe get a bus from McPherson Square if you don't feel like walking. See below.
