1. Click Start , click Run, type notepad, and then click OK.
2. In Notepad, type the following text on individual lines:
[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop
3. On the File menu, click Save As, and then save the file to your desktop as Show Desktop.scf.
Note Notepad might automatically append a .txt extension to the file name. Remove this extension if present. The file name should be "Show Desktop.scf".
Put the file somewhere safe like your My Documents or just in the C:/ drive
Then drag the file to the Quick Launch toolbar and it will create a shortcut to the file which will perform the action of displaying desktop

When you drag and drop icons into the quick launch bar, it actually just makes the new icon a short cut and doesn't recreate it again to save you memory on your hard drive. To be able to get that desktop button back on their, you should try clicking on the start menu and search and try searching for desktop. If it comes up just click and hold and drag and drop it into the quick launch bar, and then it should be right back where it was again.

Go to the folder C:\Documents and Settings\(Your User Name)\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch (path is normally hidden),
right-click on Show Desktop, and choose Create Shortcut. Then rename
"Shortcut to Show Deskdop" to "Show Deskdop". You can now
change the icon to this new file, because its a normal shortcut, and not a
Windows Explorer Command. Then, right-click on the "original" Show Desktop
and change its properties to hidden (Apply>OK), so that you don't have two
Show Desktop's in your Quick Launch Toolbar.

There are smaller tower compact casings available, if all your cpu gadgets suits there then you definately can replace the casing. I did discover one small casing regarding the dimensions of a wii console , it became quite cool great with a flat reveal screen visual reveal unit. extra suitable bypass and ask your nearest pc shops approximately it.
