Tell them you have 5 offers on the car and are going to sell it to the best offer; can always sell to the last person left for the ad price if you must

The people looking at your car will be trying to negotiate down. The best possible price to have gotten was to go for the higher price and negotiate down.

no you can not up the price. Best thing to do is pull the car
off the market, wait a few days, up the price, use the OR
BEST OFFER approach and put the car back on the market.

They are interested because you have under priced it... once you start raising the price, the ones who are just interested in it for the price will take a hike and the ones who are really interested in it will start a bidding war... it's your car, go ahead and let the battle begin !!!

rule of thumb aplies here you should of started a little bit higher than what you wanted that way you may have gotten close to what you want and nope you cant go up in price your only hope now is to stick to advertised price or say its no longer for sale the readvertise at a later date

I would just tell the people that are interested that you have had another offer from someone else for $xxxx price and see if they will match it.
