I bought a computer with XP already installed but when I checked the system info it says NO regarding the signed drivers for the cd-rom and the floppy. I don't have the installation disk. Will Microsoft give me the drivers? Anywhere else?

Hi Costa,

You didn't say what brand of CD you have but go to the web site of the manufacture and look for drivers or downloads. There will be a place to enter the model number and you can download the latest drivers.

you have to check the cd-rom, the brand name and go to manufacturer and download it.

If you have a brand named pc, you can download drivers from the manufacturer. for ex. dell
