Australia, because they keep beating us at Internation rules football (combination of Aussie Rules/Gaelic football).
England, because it was the Irish who first kicked off the yoke of the British Empire signalling the collapse of the world's largest Empire.
USA, because if you ever had to clean up after the Saint Paddy's day parades you would understand.
The French, because they hate everyone and everyone hates them (it is a French thing, but they prefer it that way).
Canada, because they are a crappy small country next to a powerful one, and the but of many jokes, but at least Irish jokes are funny.
Ireland, yes the Irish hate Ireland, because more Irish live outside of Ireland than in it and the Irish are one the ones left who still tell Irish jokes.

UK is incorrect, England maybe, but the Welsh and Scots cartainly dont dislike Ireland, maybe the Northern part of Ireland, for obvious reasons like they may as well be English!
I also cant think of anywhere else that dislikes Ireland!!
Just correct this UK bit!!!

I think you might be basing your assumption on media hype from the 70s.
Ireland has produced some wonderful writers, poets, comedians, actors, presenters. They make Guiness...which bit there would make the UK dislike Ireland?
