then i noticed a day after that my lymph node under my right arm pit was swollen could this be the infection caused from my urinary tract infection,also i've been taking my antibiotic since thursday night at 7:oo and now it's saturday morning 7:00, should it have kicked in yet?

It usually takes 48-72 hours for antibiotics to kick in. The lymph node under the arm is probably not related to the UTI, and the cephalexin will take care of that, too. If your symptoms aren't improving after 72 hours, call the dr.
