Since you're old enough, get a "Sex for Dummies" book.
After reading the theories, then you'll be ready to go through the practise.

there is no such thing as being old enought to have sex.. But it is wrong to have sex outside of Marrige!! what if u become pregnant?? 99% of the time guys totally leave their girlfriends cuz they are pregnant. and what about STDs??? And when u get married and u find out that the one man that u truly love and want spend the rest of ur life with tells u that he has saved himself for you... he had so many temptations in life but yet he choose to wait and give it all to just you. and then you went ahead and did it with this guy here.. wouldn't u just feel awful?? also if this guy only wants to have sex and is continuously bugging u.. then lose the loser.
Condoms dont always work and neither do birth control pills.

Um, no offense intended, but 'old enough' isn't the same as 'of legal age in my state'...
There are a lot of sites on the Internet that will provide fairly graphic instruction - Doing so here would likely be a TOS violation.
Try Wikipedia, or look for 'Tantric' or 'Kama Sutra' in your favorite search engine.
Better yet...Ask your parents, or other family member that you trust and have a good relationship with. There's a lot more to it than just the mechanics and plumbing.

Just pick a nice guy who has some experience. He would love to show you everything you need to know, even if you explain that you just want it as a learning experience.
