I know that sleeping on your side instead of your stomach helps, but I can't decide how to sleep if I'm sleeping at the time. I need something else... Please, anything.

Get yourself to a doctor; if the first one doesn't help, find another. There are surgeries they can do if it is just a tissue obstruction (I don't know much more about that). It could also be sinus/nasal swelling from allergies. If it is allergies, the doctor can recommend the best medicine for your problem.

When you are snoring it means you are not breathing right while you sleep. Think about that for a second. You are not breathing right for 6-8 hours a day. Not good for your brain, or your health in general. Most people that snore also stop breathing many times a night. If you hear a snorer make an abrupt startling sound, that is fighting for air. Ask your spouse and family what they can discribe about your snoring. There are high tech sleep centers now, usually associated with major hospitals. They connect some electrodes to parts of your body, and monitor while you sleep at night. A sleep study is only way to know for sure how serious the problem is. Please get it checked out, you will feel better.

I'm a nurse and there are some product OTC that you can buy for your snoring problem. I would give them a try and remember that generic works just as good and is cheaper. Take care.
