Ive been fighting at school recently the guy was a complete jerk who was teasing me even though I had done nothing to him.He deserved to be hit in my point of view to teach him a lesson.Only problem is this time I got caught and have been told by my schools headmaster that if Im caught fighting again I'll be suspended whats the next best way to deal with these situations?
Also we both got punished this time even though he'd been teasing me for about a week we were both given the same punishment is that right?

sounds like too many people know about you two at school ... his friends / yours / teachers ...

Use this weekend to talk -

Best way is to find "a common enemy". That is a good way to unite people. That could be a "common goal". What does he like? Find an answer to that and you may find how to get him to work with you, not against you.

At least call a "truce" for things at school.

You seem to have a "Bully" problem. Ignoring him is a good way. he may just move on to someone else. Also Report him to the school as being a "bully" They will call him into the office and have him stop his actions. If they continue, report him again, If the school is a GOOD school, they will warn him one last time, and make sure his parents know of the problem. One more time, then hes out of the school.

He is teasing you to get a reaction. So, don't react. Several other things work far better. Try simply pretending he isn't there. Or you could put a stupid look on your face and ask him to explain every remark. Or you could agree with everything he says and add to his remarks.

In any one of the examples he'll get frustrated eventually and find somebody else to pick on. One thing to remember though, if he loses it and attacks you, cover your head, curl into a ball and don't fight back. He'll end up getting expelled and you'll end up laughing at him.

i know everyone will say this but ignore him!

when he fights does he have a group around him
if so then he is your average bully. he needs people to encourage him.

what exactly is he teasing you over?
think about this. its proably over a stupid thing. trust me/
theres no need to change anything about your self he's probably jealous

i bet you can think of a dozen faults about this boy, think about them next time he teases you, he wants you to fight him for some strange reason, ignore him he's got nothing better to do with his time!

if it's you that starts fighting then its because thats the only way you feel you can retaliate to his comments, its not! theres ways of doing things... you dont have to be a 'grass' to get this sorted out, yes mention it to your parents, maybe they will give you the best advice!

What I was always told in school: Work out your differences with that person.

That probably won't work out, because he will pick on you more.

Explain to your parents/ headmaster/ whoever, that you need help finding a solution.

Or you could always do what the person above said.
