i am flying to vietnam.i was wondering if i can bring some snacks for when i am there.ifi place foods in my check in luggage that i have maild to my wifes family before.can i take them?forgive my ignorance.thanks

Sure, snacks and food are a-okay, provided the meet the liquid/gel requirements. You can work around that by buying your liquids/gels after going through security.

You can also put them in your checked luggage, but there are still liquids/gel requirements to contend with as well.

For a complete list, see the link below. Of course, this is for US-originated flights, but its a good rule to go by. Check with your country of origin to be sure.

Yes you can take stuff on the flight but beware of the secuirty regulations regarding liquids. You are better buying liquids in the Departure lounge to then take on board as you are only allowed to take 100ml through security

I don't think it will restrict you. Airlines will accept snacks. However, it is better to check the regulations of the country you are visiting whether any food is banned for import. Countries do imposes restrictions from arriving passengers from countries that poses risks of plagues etc......

Yeah, I've never had a problem with any type of snack or drink that I have brought with me. You shouldn't have any problem as long as you aren't bringing anything weird.

yes you can take food when your going thier but if it is your personal lagage it can not be very big it has to be big as like a can of cocala or just a little bigger.but you can not bring liquids.

Bringing snacks should not be a problem just do not bring any fruits, vegetables, or meat.
