I want to improve my situation at work and go further... Will making a creative visualization treasure map help me? and what steps should I take to make it so?

I visualize and meditate on the love of Christ, and all that He has promised, and continually fill my heart with God's Word. That is working wonderfully to bring joy into my life, and guide me in the right direction. There is no earthly visualization or treasure map greater. If you can buy it and make it with your own hands, it is inferior and beneath the power of God.

The Creative Visualization Treasure Map is a self-empowerment tool. What it will do is define clearly what you want and enable to you to work towards that goal.
There are plenty of sites on the web - just Google "Creative Visualization Treasure Map".
If you want to improve your situation at work, then this is a worthwhile exercise. People with goals are generally more successful than those without for two main reasons:
1) they have a clear understanding of where they want to be and so direct their energies more effectively towards the goal.
2) they are persistent. The goal remains regardless of setbacks.
The important thing to bear in mind is the that goal should be something that you can make happen - it's not a magic spell that is going to help you win millions on the lottery.
If you take that on board, empowerment tools can be very effective.

There are lots of people who would laugh at the prospect of altering their fates. This is due to the fact that it thinks that no one gets more that exactly what is written in his fate.
